Return Window
Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Flat rate: ₹200.00 per return shipment.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee.
Final Sale
No final sale items — all items are eligible within the window.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.
- Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Go to our portal: Start a Return/Exchange.
- Select the order and item(s), choose Return or Exchange, and submit.
- We’ll share return pickup / drop details. A ₹200 flat return shipping fee applies.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping fee of ₹200 is deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? Choose Exchange in the portal: Start an Exchange.
Notes
- If a return is sent without authorization from the portal, it may be delayed or refused.
- For hygiene/quality reasons, items returned used or damaged may be declined.
